- 11 players 8 passes for a point
2. encourage keeping shape and keeping ball, good supporting angles, switching play, pushing up as ball progresses upfield
- 4 players pressuring together to win it
-rotate players every 5 minutes
-emphasize making field big in possession, winning it back as soon as you lose it

- highlight importance of patience in attack, keeping ball until the space opens up, ignoring urge to force it
- highlight importance of players without the ballalways creating good options off the ball, and choosing best option
- once space opens up, attack with numbers

Passing wam up (15 mins)
1. Players pass and recieve with the final player dribbling back to a line after doing alternative roll overs and then accelerating
- 2 touch
-accelerate after the pass
-lots of reps
- progress dribbling skill - one foot to get between cones..both feet..remove cones for 20 yard dribble at speed
2. Progress to a combination btw the 3 players (player at corner of 18 lays it back and original passer plays it to 3rd player)
-emphasize speed and quality of combination
-get the players to ask for ball and show where they want it played
3. can add finish on goal
4. goal is to get players more comfortable passing and recieving, to be able to play at increasingly faster tempos
