Organisation: U9 to U21 Teams to follow a 7v7 plus GKs format. Team to use 3-3-1 while Team B 2-4-1 formation. Field 30x50. Duration of 25 minutes per match.Coaching points: Coaches to encourage dribbling and running with the ball techniques. Players to have few touches and first touch out of the feet past the defenders. Scanning for opponent and change of direction.
Instruction: Each winning team to get 3 points. A draw shall lead into penalty shootouts of best of 3 to determine the winner. Let each player have more ball time through passing and receiving technique.
