Coach plays ball into one grid(blue) team tries to build four combined passes with players on the inside and outside the grid for a point, before transferring the ball into the next grid(red). If the defending team (yellow)wins the ball they must try to score in one of the mini goals, or also try to block the transfer pass over . Ball out of bounds or goals scored automatic restart in the next grid.
After a few rotations or 8 minutes swap defending team .
A.O. Connection, Communication,Make the right pass at the right time , stay organized and composed.
D.O. Stay Compacted when pressing , pressure cover, quick transition.

Set Up: 4v4-8v8. Min 24x36 Adjust for number of players. Use GKs whenever possible
Conditions:
:: Normal Rules Of The Game (Throw In's, Corners, Offsides etc...)
:: Coach may choose to reward teams for creating chances from wide areas
:: Coaches should observe and coach over the top. Minimal coaching stoppages, focus on giving individual challenges to players 1 to 1.
:: Encourage players to try the things that they learned during the session

Split team into 3. Dark blue team on outside of the area working on passing over longer distance. Orange team have a ball each working on dribbling - plenty of touches on the ball. Yellows working on shorter passing. Rotate teams accordingly.
