Split into 2 Groups and must be in Partners. P1 starts & P2 starts with a time delay.
Rd 1 Time Delay for P2 = 3 seconds
Rd 2 Time Delay for P2 = 2 seconds
Player 2 is chasing Player 1. Rotate after each Lap.
Players weave in and out of first row, then Lateral Jump (if distance between cones is too large, add Crab Crawl between cones also) over each cone. Recover back to Start Position. After each Player has completed 2 Laps each being the Chaser (4 in total), G1 & G2 Start Positions change (in order to Lateral Jump off both legs). Again, repeat for 4 Laps in total.
