Organization:
1. Set up as shown (35x25)
2. 16 players.
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Two touch max.
2. Must complete 5 passes before scoring.
3. Make it - Take it.
4. Tick-Tock mentality.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability to play one touch to get out of tight areas.
2. Speed of wide players to back pedal to create maximun width.
3. Movement off thee ball is key to possession success. WORK SMART! provide correct angles of support - Bounce passes are vital to relieve pressure.
4. Attacking Traps - Suck opponent team in before being able to play through them.

Organization:
1. Set up as shown (20x20)
2. Three teams of four players.
3. 12 players.
Instructions:
1. Black team defends inside the grid. 4v2
2. Yelllow is the neutral team, they play with TWO central neutrals and TWO wide neutrals
3. White team plays with four outside players. 8v4 agaisnt black team.
4. If Black teams wins the ball they play yellow targets. White switches roles with black team players.
5. 1 pt for 8 passess made.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking over shoulder - Scanning the field.
2. Cushion 1st touch in tight areas/ beat defender with first touch.
3. Ability to play a one touch pass - Ideas before receiving - quick feet, body position before receiving - correct contact on the ball (use momentum of pass) - Low follow through.
4. Get into a rhytm and flow (ping pong)

Instructions:
1. Teams play posession game within shape (4-2-1)
2. When teams are in possession the neutral player plays CM..
3. 8v7 at all times.
