Coaching players to create attacking space with movement off the ball. Discuss moving in/out of attacking space, first touch onto space (away from defender), recognizing 1) where ball is 2) where defenders are 3) where team mates are. Anticipation is crucial, as is communication. Understand players will not communicate until after they are confident in choosing their movement 0 - encourage but don't overcoach communications at first.
