Focus of this session is to improve the teams ability to play out of the back in a 4-3-3 formation (4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-3). Looking for players to create space off the ball, find a target player in midfield, and make sure their body shape is ready to play forward if possible.

Playing out of the Back - Find the Target Player (20 Mins)
Round 1:
2 sets 3 mins
Offense & Defense
Blue tries to find target player with a pass into zone
Round 2:
2 Sets x 3 Mins
Blue finds Target player and joins
Must receive a return pass from target for point
Round 3:
2 Sets x 3 Mins
2 Targets one defender
Must play into target and join
Must receive return pass for point

Blue looks to play out of the back
Target players are looking to find space to receive ball in their zone
Red gets a point for winning ball and scoring
Blue Scores when ball passes half way line with a pass or dribble
