Set up

10 x 10 grid with 2 players in the middle.

Detail

3 players on the outside with a pinny in their hand.

Players in the middle must look to pass to a player on the outside that either has a pinny up or or down.

If all are the same the ball is played back to start position. Player 1.

The next player must show for the ball and play back to player 1.

Competences

Players must look before receiving the pass.

Spacial awareness with the two players inside grid.

20x 20 grid with 2 playes from each team as targets on each side

Cones set up as gates for players to play into.

Detail

4 v4 or 5v5 game with targets on the outside.

Players look to keep posession and play into targets

Targets must switch sides after 10 seconds of play.

Progress to players who pass to target player must switch.

Competences

Players look to keep posession if target player is not an option.

Players must be always looking for target player. Check over shoulders.
