Set exercise up as shown above, adapting the sizes to suit the Gk's specific to the session.

Working Gk will play in a passing sequence with the 3x servers. the 3x servers will start with 3x balls, once the Gk receives a pass, they must find the open player without a ball, with the return pass.

Outside servers can move around within the box area.

Organisation

Set exercise up as shown above, adapting the sizes to suit the Gk's specific to the session.

Ball will start with server 1, with the Gk in relative position. Server 1 can pass to either servers 2/3, who have the option to shoot at goal or lay it back to server 1 who can then shoot at goal. Gk must always position themselves in relation to the ball and act on all scenarios.

Progression(s)

1. Server 1 can shoot at the start

2. Add second shot from server 1, if server 2/3 shoot when they have the ball

3. Adjust positions of servers
