High intensity training session with focus on VO2 Max energy. Ensure that you give the players enough time for an extensive warm up.
Stressful on the body so important to take the rest times and respect them. Right away there will be a team mentality and a desire to compete. Encourage and support the players near the ends of every set. Try to see when they begin to tire, then jump in with the encouragement.

Organization
4-5 teams. Each team must not have more than 5 players

Detail
Players sprint relays in different patterns, racing the other teams. Losing teams do quick strength punishment, then the next pattern starts.
Adjust the reps so that the players will be competing for 3 minutes at a time. whole exercise should last around 24 mins. Usually the rest will include 30 seconds after every competition, then the amount of time it takes to explain the next pattern. 3 patterns without ball then 3 patterns with the ball.
Progressions
Once all patterns are run through, players will run through them again, but this time with a ball. First two players in each lines will start with balls.

One Field set up off to the side. the other half of the space is empty.

Field is 30x40
Detail
2 teams play while the other team interval sprinting on the outside.
Matches always start at 0-0. If there is a tie, it will be sttled by rock paper scissors.
Games will last 3 minutes. 90 seconds rest between games.
Matches repeat 6 times for a total of 27 minutes

Organization
Half the players on the perimeter of the box with balls, half inside 4x4 box without the ball.
Field Set up
20x20 box with a 4x4 box in the middle
Detail
Players run through exercies for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest where they will switch with the outside player.
exercies can include two touch pass, one touch pass, volley, etc. All exercises should be done on both feet or both sides of the body. Once the players that are working do their technical exercie, they have to sprint into the middle box, then sprint to another target.

you can have the players do different footwork in the middle box, or have them do fast feet around the cones.
