Warm-Up without ball = 3 groups with GKs separate
Stick and Ball warm-up = 3 groups and make sure players are moving
Core Skills Games can be set up all over the pitch (except the last 1/4 which is reserved for GKs)
Coaches focus on keep players moving, coaching movement and basics
Themes for attack of space creation and movement into space with support players getting into scoring positions
Themes for defence working together, denying space to goal, disrupting momentum and creating quick counter-attacks

5v3
Team in possession on the outside gain a point for every 5-8 passes completed or 3 points for every pass that splits the defenders and goes through the central circle.
Defenders can't enter the central circle and win points for interceptions or dispossessing an attacker.
Focus points
ATTACK: shifting the point of attack / moving defenders to expose direct lines to goal
DEFENCE: working together to cut off angles / communication / decision-making re committing to tackle
CORE FOCUS: moving feet, ball in front of body, hands away from body/ first-time touches / scanning

3V1 Continuous
2 teams (doesn't matter if numbers not even) with 2 goals and 2 GKS
Use 1/8th of pitch, make pitch narrower on the sides (safety zones) and balls behind each baseline
Team of 3 starts from baseline with one ball, Defending team has one player (3v1)
If attacking team score OR the defender gets a touch of the ball, ALL players clear the pitch, except one of the ex-attackers, who now becomes the one defender
3 new blue attackers come on to play against 1 orange defender.
Keep score throughout
Coaching Focus:
ATTACK: Getting ahead of play/ Giving ball into space/ Utilise number advantage/ Lead wide and high/ Get into scoring positions/ Don't carry into conflict
DEFENCE: Work with GK (encourage GK chat here)/ Body position to cut pitch / Just a touch needed to break down play
Conditioned Games to finish- encourage getting ahead of the ball carrier. If a player gives a pass and gets ahead and receives the ball back they win 1 point for their team. Try play half pitch games.

3v2 to goal
1 passes ball to 2 who leads up towards 1 outside the circle.
As soon as the initial lead from 2 occurs everyone (except 4) is live.
1 passes to 2 then joins the attack.
Play out 3v2D
Once ball is out of play, 4 brings a new ball into play (self-pass or pass to leading player outside circle) to create 4v2
Defenders need to try clear ball through gates to win points
Points for PC wins and goals

ATTACK: Lead to receive/ Assisting ball-carrier/ Getting into scoring positions/ Creating chances / Rebounds
DEFENCE: Working with GK / Cutting off danger ball / Decision-making / Ball-clearing for safety

4v3 Counter
3 Defenders v 4 Attackers
Central Defender passes ball to Centre Attacker
2 outside Defenders must run around outside cones and drop back into defence while 4 attackers try to get directly to the D to score
If Defenders pass or carry ball past external cones or over the half line, they score

2v1 Baseline + 1v1 = 3v2
D1 passes hard, flat pass to 1 who leads and plays (if possible) a one-touch pass to 2 who leads from T-points to collect ball
1+2 v D1 (who has dropped in to defend with GK)
As soon as this game ends, D2 passes ball to leading 3 then drops in to join D1 for a 3v2 game
Defenders/GK get points if they get ball ball to Defenders X

Core Skill Game1 (15 mins)
3v1 with turnover
3 attackers connect 5 passes while moving ball away from 1 defender
After 5 passes, attackers turn ball over to defender and form a pocket to try win ball back while defender tries to drive and score through either of 2 gates
If defender intercepts or tackles ball away from attackers, they can try score. Double points if this happens vs attackers handing over the possession
Focus points
ATTACK: shifting the point of attack away from defender / moving ball to space
DEFENCE: forcing bad decisions from attacker / decision-making when to tackle vs when to hold/ counter-attack to space when turnover
