Organization( Phase 3 - Technical Warm up 5 min)
The exterior square is 25x25yards while the interior square is 5x5yards. One ball per group on the exterior pilons. Players are divided equally per group, lined up behind each ball.
Player Movements
Players are to dribble from their starting positions to the middle pilon and back. Players are dribbling at 80% of maximum speed.
1. Using laces of right foot, dribble to middle. Using laces of left foot dribble back(x2)
2. Sole roll with right foot to middle, Sole roll with Left foot to starting position(x2)
3. Toe drags forward to middle, Toe drags backwards to starting position(x2)
Progression
Players are to dribble to middle, fake left take ball to the right side. Complete one full rotation to original starting position
Players are to dribble to middle, fake right take ball to the left side. Complete one full rotation to original starting position

Organization:
10x30 grid split down middle, 12 players (6 per side, groups of 3 per side)
Field is divided in half with cones 6 yards apart(4 lanes, 2 lanes per team).
2 balls per team.
Instructions:(2min)
Players dribble the ball to the middle of the lane with the laces, using both feet, then pass ball to first player in line.
Two players in each team will work simultaneously.
Progression #1 (2-3 min):
Remove middle pilon in each lane, have one side with the ball, while the opposite side is considered a passive defenders. Passive defenders give players with the ball an opportunity to time the move correctly to get around the defender.
Progression #2(5-6min):
Organization is same as progression #1, with live defending. Dribble across the touch line to score a point.
