Whole - Initial Game (15 minutes)
Organization:
- 25m x 30m
- 14 players involved
- Split field up into 2 grids
- 4 v 2
- If defender wins ball, they pass to their teammates
- If ball goes out of grid, coach serves back in
- Central players join the attack to create overload
- No restrictions on play

Activity - Part
Organization:
- 30 yards x 25 yards
- Split the field up into 2 grids
- 2 v 1
- Defense plays to central attacker and closes down
- Attacker can use either player in the grid for 2 v 1 or play 1 v 1
- First attacker switches with support player, support player with defender & defender with attacker
- Players switch sides of the grid
- Defender wins ball they play wide

2 neutral players stay central

Teams attempt to keep the ball & pass to a neutral
Neutral plays on into the other half of the grid & joins play to support with numerical advantage
Team attempts to score by taking advantage of overload.
If possession changes, the same procedure is followed.
