Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Exercise explanation:
The team in possession circulates the ball with the idea of playing the wingers and thus tearing the opposing team apart. If the wingers cannot be played on, they try to combine and finish by gaining possession in the middle.
Block:1
The wingers remain on the sideline and are not allowed to move into the field or dribble in with the ball.
Block:2
The wingers may dribble in with the ball after receiving the pass and go directly into the end. If a winger leaves his position, he must be replaced by the player who passed the ball to him, thus creating a rotation.
Block:3
The wingers may be attacked regardless of whether they dribble into the field or not. Including they have to make the right decision whether to stay outside or go inside.
