4th Sequence: Long distance shot from 2nd balls - Recreation of scenario where a second ball is received from defenders clearance. Ball is played from 2nd Goalkeeper in the air, the DCM receives and shoots from distanceCoaching Points

Receive and set the ball for the shot in no more than 2 touches.
Quality shot from distance with power and accuracy.

5th Sequence: Reaction finish from lose balls in the box - Recreate scenario where from the long distance shot a ball can be lose in the box and a quick reaction is needed to finish 1-touch. Ball is played from the 2nd GK who plays one of the forward players making a run and they need to finish 1-touch.Coaching Points:

Exercise has 5 sequences that are explained in each diagram:
1st sequence: technical finishing repetitions:
The AM passes to FW who receives with defender/mannequin on his back - turn and shoot
AM passes to left W, then right W who take the defender/mannequin on a 1v1 then shoot
AM makes 1-2 with forward then shoots from distance
Coaching points:
Forward:
receive with back to goal with pressure behind
directional one touch to set for shot
ability to shoot on half turn with power and accuracy
set AM with a good weight pass for AM to shoot one touch
Wingers:
receive with first touch engaging the defender
separation touch to cut inside and set for the shot
ability to shoot well depending on GK posiitoning either near post or curl to far post
Attacking Midfielder:
1-2 with forward to receive in space
be able to shoot 1 or 2 tocu depending on pass with accuracy and power to score from outside the box
