Description: 1) A recieves a pass from B, has 2 touches 1 to recieve 1 to shoot.
2) A Passes to B and recieves ball back to shoot 1 Touch.

Set Up:
2 15x20y grids next to each other.
Description: 2v1 with focus now on moving forwards/towards goal
- Focus on decision making on whether to pass or dribble (what is the best option?)
-If defender wins the ball they can pass the ball through 2 small cone goals.
Progression: have the second attacker come from the opposite side to combine with first attacker to score.

Set Up: 30W x 40L
Description: 2 yellow and 2 blues start out on the field and stay out there. Then alternate colors at mid field with balls. first player get in and makes it a 3v2 situation to goal. when play is over then the next player blue gets in and makes it a 3v2 for red. constant transition from defending to attacking.

Set Up: as Above 6v6 or 5v5 depending on numbers
Description: Players can only go up a grid but cannot come back, always being able to create a numbers up situation, they can pass or dribble into next grid. Players cannot go backwards a grid to defend! Have them focus on 2 things getting numbers up in suport for the attack and then also high presssure further up the field to win the ball back closer to the goal they are attacking, but have to transition if the ball gets pass them.

Warm-Up Shooting
Working on simple pass then player has one touch to turn and the second touch to shoot the ball with their instep. Also make sure player that is shooting checks away from the ball first to come and recieve to their feet. Progression; have the player checking to the ball play a wall pass for a shot.
Points:
1. quick turn
2. keep ball close
3. proper shooting technigue, head down, ankle locked,knee over ball, follow through, etc...
