Progression: On coaches call of Go Player A takes a touch forward through their gate and passes from their grid through the gates into Player B, who is standing at the back of their grid, and follows the ball to replace B'. 2. Player B takes a first touch through the left gate and out of the grid, at the same time the C' players enter the outside grid. 3. Player B passes into Player C in the outside grid to the left and follows the ball into Player C's original position. Player C's first touch is also left through the gate and sequence repeats. Same applies for other grids at the same time. 2-3 minute sequence, then change to Player A first touch through right gate, passing to C on the right. Initially all starts of sequence should be on coaches call of go, once they have the sequence worked out allow them to simply continue the sequence, if one player makes a mistake, poor first touch or poor pass this will disrupt the whole sequences of play. After 2-3 mins rotate to go right.

Area: 30 x 20 two off set goals with spare balls in the goals Players: 10 - 16
Explanation: 4 v 4 in centre plus 4 bounces working along each side line (they can have spare balls if ball runs out along their side line). Play starts with attacking team retreiving ball from goal, looking to maintain possession using bounces, bounces can take a first touch onto the field but can't dribble and must return to sideline once they pass. Attacking team can only score into the goals once they get a sequence of three first touches. If the defending team wins the ball they become the attackers and bounces must pass to them. Once a team scores they restart play, defenders and bouncers swap places
Step Up: Increase sequence of first touchers before team can score, disable two bouncers. Step Down: Defenders defend while dribbling a ball
Coaching Points: first touch out of feet through gate, first touch in direction of next pass, stance into direction of ball to be passed Perception: location of teammates/bouncers, proximity of defenders, area of space to take first touch into: Decision: Space for first touch, first touch close or further into space Exectution: direction of first touch, weight of first touch, direction/weight of pass
