Description
Goalies must hand pass ball to each other following pattern: players given days of week nicknames/numbers. Following pass GK must move into space. Receivers must find space for thrower and call nickname or number.
GK MUST be in set position to receive pass but can be moving to throw.
Progress to GKs running to touch coloured cones after each pass ensuring return to receive their turn.
If any passes dropped, all GKs must touch a coloured cone.
