THREE INTERVALS OF 2 MINUTES/ 3O SEC REST. (4v2+1)
THREE INTERVALS OF 2 MINUTES/ 3O SEC REST. (5v2+2)
Instructions:
1. Players will be involved in part 1: 4v2+ ONE & part 2: 5v2 + TWO rondo activities.
2. Objective: Players retain possession and look to complete 10 passes.
3. If players complete 5 passes on a row without losing possession, they are able to play ball to opposite target.
3. Dynamic Stretches will included during the warm up.
Coaching Points:
1. Technical sharpness
2. Accuracy & Pace of pass.
3. Supporting player on the ball (correct angles & passing lanes)

Organization:
1. Setup as shown (25x20)
Instructions:
1. Teams start 1v1 to goal with player 1 dribbling into field.
2. Player 1 & 2 play 1v1 to goal. If defender wins the ball he/she scores on opposite goal.
3. Once play ends, Player 3 dribbles into field of play. Play 2v1 to goal.
4. Once play ends Player 4 dribbles into field of play. Play 2v2 to goal.
5. Play 3v2 anf finish with 3v3 for 1 minute.
5. Continue play from Player 1. Players will rotate within their own side.
Coaching Points:
2v1-2v2-3v2
1. Recognize where pressure is coming from.
2. Make 1st defender commit by dribbling at speed towards them.
3. “Take what the game gives you” – Recognize options given by teammate’s movement.
4. On 2v2: movement of 2nd attacker is essential to create number up situations

Organization:
1. Set up as shown (40x25yds)
2. 12 players
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Players play 5v3 inside grid.
2. One touch max - when YELLOW wins the ball they play forward to counter-attack.
3. THREE players join the #9 and attack 4v3 to goal.
4. Black completes 10 passes to receive a point.
5. ONE POINT: shot on target - TWO POINTS: goal scored.
6. Rotate roles after 3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability to play one touch to split defenders.
2. Finding the correct pockets and windows to provide ability of 1st attacker to split opponent.
3. Movement of the #9 to deny CB opportunity to anticipate pass (shileding technique)
4. Speed of transition by supporting players to join final third.
5. Speed of combination play and ability to score under 6 seconds.
Progressions:
1. ADD TWO defenders to each side.
2. Play 3v1 possession & 4v3 to goal.

Instructions:
1. Each group will have an assigned station.
2. Station #1 - The players will be working on foot coordination and speed. Focusing on setting their feet and staying in athletic stance as they get ready to play a quick 1 touch pass
3. Station #2 - Dynamic movement to create separation from defender to receive ball.

1. Get in line with the flight of the ball.
2. Appropriate technique execution on agility and technical application.
3. Work on timing of movement to explode into next step. (Pressing step)
