6 vs 4 + 1 with transition goals & GKs - 20 minutes (Technical/Tactical).
2 passes in the shaded area before advancing the ball (2 vs 2 + 1)
3 passes in the shaded area before advancing the ball (3 vs 3)
Attacking team is trying to possess the ball from one GK ot the other - If they are succesful in doing so, they score a point. The defending team counter-attacks to one goal in transition by releasing 1 player out of the middle zone to make a 2 vs 2 going to goal. The entry pass from the defenders must be into the middle zone into a player of the same color (not the neutral). The two players in the middle zone must try to lose their marker to be available for the entry pass from the defenders.

Team in possession attacks with 6 players against defending team who has 4 players. If a team loses possession (bad pass, gk save) they drop 2 players and defend with 4, while the team who gained possession adds 2 players onto the field to join in attack. If a goal is scored the team that scored will stay on. If a ball goes out of play both teams will bring on new players and the team in possession last will now defend.

2v2+2 (15 mins)
2 vs 2 + 2 (24 x 15 playing area)
2-touches for the target players (progress to one-touch when it's on).
Total of 9 games at 60 seconds per game.
The two players inside the playing area must look to combine with one another before playing the ball to the target player on the opposite side. Defenders try to close down the space as quickly as possible to prevent the attacking player from getting the ball to feet. If the defending team wins the ball, there is a quick transition and the game continues. A point is scored if the team in possession is able to start the play from one target player and connect through the two players on the inside and find the opposite target player to feet.
