- 1 team starts off defending another attacking
- Defender plays a pass through the gate which the attacker decides. If the ball goes through the gate the defender gets a point. Then it goes into a 1v1 to goal where if the attacker scores he gets a point for his team and if the defender wins the ball they get a point.
-Change over defender and attacker
-When everyone has atleast 2 goes attacking and defending change the roles over. Blue team defends and red team attacks
