On an appropriately sized pitch, mark an area at the top of the box with flat disc markers (shaded area).
The defending team are only allowed 2 players maximum in this area, the attacking team are unrestricted but have a maximum of 2 touches.

Re-position the restricted area onto the flanks.
Only allow 1 defender in the wide areas but don't restrict the attacking team.
Attacking teams are only permitted to play 1 or 2 touch in the wide attacking areas to encourage combination play.

Set up as shown, with a coned area an appropriate distance and width in front of the goal.
The attackers can only enter this area when the cross comes in and can only play 1 touch in that area.
The first pass from midfield must always go to one of the 2 central strikers, after that, play can go anywhere.
One of the 2 central midfield runners must make a 3 in the box with the central strikers, the other should hold the space at the top of the box for knockdowns, rebounds etc.

How to Play
Ball is passed from P1 to P2 - P1 makes a run around the back of P2 as shown.
P2 plays to P3 who should combine with P4.
P4 can play to either P1 or P2 to pass out to P5 or 6 dependant on the pass.
