Passing pattern to finish 12 Players + 1 Gk
P1 passes to P2 , P2 to P3 , into P4( Striker ) who recieves on the back foot and finishes first time
Once a pass is played Player follows his/her pass .
Alternate left to right side and add in progressions depending on level and quality .
Coaching points :

weight of pass
Open body to receive
Finish on two touch
Progressions :
1) Pass/ Follow layoff on last pass to striker and put the striker in 1v1 with GK
2)Pass / follow + Pass dribble / layoff off striker midfielder shoots
3) Add in a defender at the last point vs Striker

1v1 waves
4 groups of blues and reds , Alternate sides Blue defender plays to red striker who attacks to score in main goal past a Gk
After a set time switch the roles of attackers and defenders .
Coaching Points :
Attackers : Good first touch , head up , Play with speed and purpose , picture before action , execution of skill and strikes
Defenders : Good pass out , Use pressing triggers ( weak foot , poor touch , head down ) , show one side , be aggressive .
Progressions :
Pass out 2v1 attackers with overload , decision making timing of pass , weight of pass to score .

8v 8 games , 6 outside players surrounding the pitch who play only with 1 touch .
Scenarios include :
1) If you give the ball away you must run out and around furthest pole / cone
2)one touch finishes
3) If in possession and in space you MUST dribble
4) Take ons 1v1's with a skill or trick will be rewarded with goals ( At the coaches discretion )
