Organization: Three teams of four. Area is set up into three grids.
Instructions: Team of four on offense must complete 3 passes before they play a switching ball to the opposite area (bypassing the middle grid of players on defense). If successful in completing 3 passes and switching play, team receives a point. Defense is allowed to send one player in to end possession by kicking ball out of play. If they do so, the team who lost possession becomes defense and they must then send one player into opposite grid who is given the ball. Other defenders stand in middle-grid and try to block the switch.
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball
Head up when receiving pass
Recognition of space and time to play penetrating pass
