Sequences: [1] A plays to B, B lays the ball back to A. B then starts an overlapping run around A and C. A plays a one-two with C then plays the ball to the overlapping B. B plays the ball to the next line. A to C, C to B, B to line behind D. [2] D plays the ball to E, who takes a touch outside to create room. D overlaps E and goes through gate where he receievs the pass back. D plays the ball to F while E makes an overlap around F. E gets the ball from F then plays to the line behind A. D to F, F to E, E to line behind A.

Go for set number of time. Usually 7-10 minutes, Then switch to other side. Rotation is to the next station.
Coaching points: This should be a shaped left foot finish to the back post ideally. On the other side it should be the right.

- Players to perform a structured warm up consisting of the following:
Movement - marching, skipping, jogging, A-Skip etc.
Dynamic range of motion - focus on movement not muscles, leg swings, calisthenics)
Neural Preparation - quick feet, acceleration, jumping, change of direction
- Do 1-2 repetitions of each excerise
