Knockback combination between A & B, Player A plays ball to Player C while B opens up and holds their run to receive the splitting pass from C.
-Checking movement, opening up while staying onside
-Splitting pass not to close to defenders, playing to space rather than to feet

Player A & B perform knockback, B opens up ( out & back), A continues the run between the two defenders to receive return pass fed into space and finishes.

4v4 - 5v5 to goal with a line at the top of the attacking 3rd. Play begins in the middle 3rd. Team in possession attempts to play ball into attacking 3rd to finish. Defending team wins ball and plays to counter goals. Play for a pre-determined time before switching roles.
-Can we split defenders for the penetrating pass?
-Knockback to switch point of attack
-Checking movement to demand ball and opening up in the direction we want to play
