Combination break out!
Equipment:
balls, bibs, cones, goals or poles for goals.
Area:
create suitable pitch for number of players. Approx 10m x 20m for 10 players. Divide the pitch into 3rd's with small goals either end.
Aim:
play starts in the middle third where a minimum of 3 passes needs to be completed before you can break out into either end to score. This game is multi directional. when the ball is dead the play starts back in the middle third. If a team defend an end and gain posession, they need to dribble or pass the ball into the middle 3rd and make a mimimum of 3 passes before breaking out either end to score. All players are allowed anywhere but the rules stay the same.
Progression:
increse the number of passes before breaking out. set up as a normal game defending/attacking an end.

Who's on the ball? (15 mins)
Who's onn the ball?
equipment:
cones, balls
Area:
no Specific area defined but good to have a touchline as a starting line.
Setup:
put various coloured cones in each half of the pitch and mirror so the left and right sides of the red line are the same layout.
Objective:
Coach will split players into 2 teams and give them numbers. He will call out a number and a colured cone. (for example, number 3, yellow cone). on go! each player numbered 3 races with the ball out to the yellow cone and around the cone and back to the start. The coach will the
n call another number and coloured cone and the proces is repeated.
Progression:
To make the task harder and make the players think, they will be asked to follow a sequence. For example, player 1, yellow, far red, far blue go!) The player has to dribble around the cones in that sequence and then back to the start. Also some calls might be without the ball and the player has to run around each cone without the ball.
End game:
First team to ten wins
