Organizational / Instructions
Leave mats out. put into groups on the mats and do bunny hops you will take a shot each of doing that action across the mat
Coaching Points place hands on floor in front of you bend knees, to be in a crouched position. keep tension in the arms push through toes aim to get feet to bum, land in the same position, keep head tucked in.
Progressions / Adaptations
if too easy then start to initiate movement by having them to the same motion but beginning and ending right to left.

show them a demo and show them how to do simple version over the block. begin with hands on the block, complete the bunny hop skill from before over the block. trying the increase height reached every time.

Find a space do some light stretching. static stretches. arm across the body, pulling from under the elbow. straddle stretches, reaching for toes and holding it. pike stretch, again reach for toes and hold the position.
speak in a calmer voice and try to relax the class
Progressions / Adaptations
hold stretches for longer if class are not finding it effective.

Warm up will be numbers game if you dont find a group you have to do a conditioning exercise no equipment needed

running keeping up a good pace, changing direction every 5 seconds to avoid running in circles, keep head up and be scanning the room to avoid collisions. side step - push through toes, keep legs bent. jumping - bend knees push through toes land with bent legs
