Passing and Receiving to finish:
Organization:
As shown. Two goals 40yrds from eachother. Starting positions as shown. 2 teams.
Objective:
Players to work on and improve on playing into higher players, and moving to finish- passing and receiving.
Description:
Ball starts with player 1, plays inside to player 2. As that pass is traveling, player 3 has an arching inside movement to have play infront. Player 2, plays out into player 3's movement. As that pass is going, Player 4 (intricate part of the exercise) is creating an angle of support on one side of the defender. This determines what side player 2 makes a supporting run to. What ever side player 4 moves to, player 3 plays a pass into, while player 2 is making a supporting run on the opposite side of pressure. Player 4 plays a pass into player 2's run to SHOOT.
