Patterns of Play
1. GK starts with ball and plays to CB. CB to LCM/RCM. Ball taken on half turn and played into High and wide full back to dribble through goal.
2. GK starts with the ball and plays to CB. CB plays to LCM/RCM who plays to HM who in turn plays High and wide Full back on the SAME side
3. GK starts with the ball and plays to CB. CB plays to LCM/RCM who plays to HM, who in turn opens the game opposite side of field for full back to dribble thru the goal
4. GK starts with the ball and plays to CB. CB plays to LCM/RCM who plays to HM, who in turn opens the game opposite side of field for ball into ACM feet and lay off to full back to dribble thru the goal
Players move by following their pass and replacing the person they played to.

Set up attacking team in 3-3 formation with 2 holding and 1 attacking.
Defending team in 4-4 formation to play out to the goals or coach situated centrally.
If attacking team win it they are live to goal so how do we recover.
Points:
Fullbacks high and wide.
LCM and RCM must look for opportunities to join the arc or recieve and drive ball across the line.
Body shape to play forward as early as possible. (half turn)
