Organisation (brief description of session):

Game - 8 v 7. Press team with 8 drop be patient - 7 work with individuals on positioning & gamewareness.

Learning Objectives:

Technical:

Throws - ball behind had, both feet on ground.

Tactical:

creating space to recieve - being compact without ball.

Physical:

hard work short sharp bursts.

Psych/ Social:

Working together with/ without ball or drop.

Coaches Comments:

Individuals worked hard - good quality in se3ssion players starting to develop more understanding using less touches.

Game 8 v 7 - working with individuals. Josh Crews- positioning better. Not during in.
