Warm Up (20 mins)

Doel:

1) As many touches as we can.

2) Running with the ball, lesser touch but in control.

3) Sole of the foot.

4) Using the outside and inside foot.

5) Tick tock to 1st line and accelerate.

6) Tick tock backwards and accelerate. Choice of turn.

Y-Moves - Starting position will be Yellow left. Red Right.

1) Scissors to the next point and accelerate.

2) Double Scissors (Inside then outside)

3) Step over

4) Double Step Over
