Objective:
2,3,5,6 Build out - either 5 passes or find AH. Reason, if we can find splits and AH inside, we are attacking centrally first.
Once completed (Patience if we cannot play), it then transitions to a 4v3 to attack the big goal. Second ball throw to front 4 (Reds) to attack secondary goal, back four to defend.
Organisation:
Coaching Points + Individual Development:
5+6 (DS/BA) - open hips to look forward first. Priority to play through, if not around quickly. Can also jump past AH into 7/9/11 (CP/ES/RF)
2+3 (JM/EA) not stuck on the outside, can rotate in. WM out, go inside. Open hips to play forward
10 (AH) can move along the line, can he create passing lanes or space to receive to turn? (Progression can drop into the zone with build.
Front players - (Create + Convert)
7/9/11 (CP/ES/RF) - movement to see passing lanes to receive, body shape open hips to go forward. Once facing forward, consider types of runs, blind sides to get on the ball. Details of passes for teammates to get in behind. Consider when to pass, dribble or shoot. Patience to come out the other side.
10 (AH) - Consideration of when to run forward or support under the ball - can you help us find the opposite side quickly.
