Set up: make whatever size space works for the players ability levels. For more advanced players force them to manage their own space without markers and force them to kepp it tight and small.
Game: players on the outside possess the ball from the defenders on the inside. Players change responsibilities when possession is lost.
Coaching points: angle and distance of support. body shape. recieving across the body (when possible). when to play one touch or more touches. reading pressure. looking for the opportunity to split defenders.
Variations: touch restrictions, varying the touch pattern.

Set up: have players pair off.
Exercise: players juggle back and forth.
Variations: add touch restrictions, # game, add surface restrictions to recieve with, weak foot reception.

Set up: make a square or rectangular space to accommodate your #'s.
Exercise: player with the ball dribbles with a partner putting pressure from the front.
Coaching points and variations: Defender should apply pressure to one side to force the dribbler to change directions
No tackling. Force dribblers to use a specific foot. Add the option to tackle during the last 10 seconds of the duration. Pressure from behind try not to allow the dribbler to turn.

Set up: Make 4x4 or 5x5 box halfway between the starting point and the end goals.
Exercise: Before P1 plays the ball the coach calls out a color, in this case, blue or yellow. in this case it would be blue. P1 plays to P2, P2 recieves and turns toward the blue goal. first touch must clear the zone. After P1 playes the ball they pursue P2 towards the target. P2 must dribble through the proper gate before being caught by P1. If P1 wins the ball back they can pass to the coach or dribble through a gate.

Set up: make a rectangulat space. The smaller the space the more challenging the exercise. Two teams of four and three neutral players down the spine.
Game play: team in possession (blue) keeps possession using the neutrals. If possession is lost the teams of four transition from offense to defense and vice versa.
coaching points: body shape. Movement off the ball. reading pressure. Breaking lines. Transition. varying play. Using the available space.
Variations: touch restrictions, eliminate transition, restrict defenders to only rwo per half the grid.
