Aggression Games (20 mins)

Activity 1:

Place a ball on a cone. One player is to be a defender, the other player is to be the attacker. The defender has to try and keep the attacker from knocking the ball off the cone. Players can only use their bodies and achieve their goals.

Activity 2:

Both players get into push up position, facing each other. The players are to try and use their hands to try and push or pull their opponent over. The first person to fall or touch their knees or stomach to the ground loses.

Activity 3:

In groups of 4. Three people are to link hands to make a circle, One of the three is to be the target. The fourth person is to be the chaser. The chaser has to try and touch the target. The other two people in the circle have to block the chaser. The group cannot break contact with their hands.

Activity 4:

In pairs. Each player uses their right hand to hold the wrist of the opponents left hand (which means each player's left wrist is being held). The players are to use their right hand to touch the opponents left shoulder. First to do it wins. Progress this to players on one leg. First player to touch the opponent's shoulder or make their opponent fall wins.
