Set up
Cones out as shown in large area (30 x 30 yards)
Four cones in middle in box of roughly 2 x 2 yards
Four players in middle
Two players on each of the outside cones
Instructions / passing sequence
Two touches max
Pass into box in centre
Pass from centre to corner of playing area as shown
Players follow pass
Change direction of sequence
Coaching points
Ball speed, back foot, body shape
Turning when getting ready to receive
Sprints between passes
Progressions / adaptations
One touch for players on outside cones. Players on inside still take two touches to work on playing off back foot

Four cones spread out over roughly a 30 x 20 yard area (focusses on cardio)
Four players positioned on each cones
Instructions / passing sequence
Looks to go around in one touch (two touches max)
1. Player 1 passes to player 2
2. Player 2 lays off pass to player 1
3. Player 1 long pass to player 3 (trigger for player 2 to run to player 3)
4. Player 3 sets ball to player 2
5. Player 2 lays off to player 3
6. Player 3 passes to player 4
7. Player 4 lays off to player 3
8. Player 3 one-two with player 4
9. Player 4 dribbles around bottom cone and repeats sequence
Continue passing sequence for 2-4 minutes then rotate another four players
