Players dribble, finding space, performing tasks commanded by the coach.
Objective
Players dynamic in movement, able to maintain possession of the ball, and recognize: space, opposition, teammates, ball.
Progression
(1) Throughout the duration of the activity include physical literacy movements (with or without the ball). Hops, skips, rolls, jumps, cuts, changes of direction and pace.

Organization
Players in pairs (similar ability). One player partner with the ball and one without a ball. When in possession dribble through gates and track number of points. When out of possession win the ball and begin to dribble through gates. Players work for 30-45 seconds.
Objective
Players to compete against one another for the ball, put the player with the ball under pressure, then shield the ball when it is won.
Progression

Attacking player begins on red and defending player begins on blue. When the ball is passed from coach to attacking player the defender can close down. Attacking player must score in the goal for a point. Defender must win the ball and dribble through the white gate (8yds). Lines outside of the field space. Players switch lines after their turn.

Defender to close down and remain goal side. Controlled aggression.

(1) Attacking players and defender are both live before the ball is passed and the attacked must create space to receive the ball.
Regression
(1) Attacking player begins with the ball at their feet and starts with a dribble.
