Players dribble around with a partner and they try to visit each triangle and pass it through the triangle to their partner before dribbling to a different triangle.
Players get 1 point for each triangle they visit
Extra Challenge:
Can their first touch take them closer to their next triangle?
Can they scan for space?

Players split into equal teams in a mini goal each (team size and amount depends on number of participants try to have no more than 3 on a team)
Each team has a mini goal which is theirs and 3 cones (pieces of treasure) and if they score in a goal then they can steal a piece of treasure and take it back to their goal
Have multiple balls
Coaching Points:
If there is no pieces of treasure left would you still score in that goal?
If there are too many people in an area can you try to scan for an area with more space?

In pairs players line up back to back with one being Tom and the other being Jerry
The coach shouts either Tom or Jerry and the one named needs to run straight in between the poles
The other one must turn around and try to tag the other person before they reach the poles.
