Area 20x20 yards. 2 10 yard end zones at each end with wide goals at the back of the end zones.

3x6 Mins 1 minute rest
Rules and Conditions
5v5+N. Each team has one player in an end zone, making the game directional. Play 4v4+N in the central area. Players to make 4 passes and then play into the end zone to go 2v1 against to goal. Player in end zone can also be used to drop possession (recycle) to and used as a pivot, or reprieve from pressure. One touch ONLY in the end zone.
Progressions/Regressions
play 5v5+N in the middle area. Players can then penetrate to a 2v1 in the final end zone (defender can retreat when ball is played into the end zone)

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
