Sesión de Hockey (Senior): Death box - 9yard Att and Def

Teams divided in to pairs: A1;A2;A3 etc

Organization:

A1 and A2 are one team vs B1 and B2.

One half of each team takes up the defending role and the other half the attacking role in the 9yard area.

Once one team has scored two goals that pair is replaced by their corresponding B3 or A3 pair.

Objectives:

Attacking

1. 2 goals to win.

2. To increase creativity in the 9 yard area with scoring

Defending

1. Increase the ability to defend with the keeper.

2. To keep possesion and transfer to opposite side to team mates attacking

Tips:

Trainer dictates speed of play by throwing ball in once ball goes out of play.
