3 teams of 6. 20x30 area with 5-yard center channel. 2 teams are in end areas with 1 team split each side of the channel. Middle team work defensively as 2 groups and always defend area to their right. Defending team must win the ball 5 times each to become attackers. Attacking teams can make 15 passes and then gain a ball back to make defensive team stay in longer
