Play begins with Blue GK who plays up to deep Red CM in the diamond and reds look to score on goal. Blues look to score in one of the mini goals located on the side of the area.
Ball begins always with GK and CB allowed to push as far as markers on edge of box. Play is live as soon as Red CM receives possession.
