Screen 1 (25 mins)

Set Up

3 x 15 x 15 boxes in a third to half of the field

2 x sets of pinnies

8 x balls

Depending on numbers, 2 3 v 3's in two boxes and a 2 v 2 in the third box. 

(Adjust to the number of players per box accordingly or add a neutral player.

ACTIVITY

Players play a 3 v 3 rondo looking to be able to free up a passing lane to another box

When the opportunity arises, the player with the ball looks to play the ball to the next box

When the ball is played to the next box, if there is a short number (ex. 2 players) a player from either box can go to the box to creat the 3 v 3 both Din possession and in defence

Play in 3 x 5 minute intervals

Player scanning to recognize which box to pass to

Receiving player(s) being ready to receive the ball and then possess and move ball to the next box

Recognizing the timing to make the pass
