Method:
C + D are two lines of equal players.
they serve a throw over the back of the goals to A + B who then try score on the volley into the empty net.
1 bounce allowed from the throw from C + D.
Volley goal only by hitting NET. (no bounce or skimming grass/astro)
Coaching Points:
Technique on volleys as a shot from a set play, learn the drop of the ball.
also coaching all players in how to throw correctly.
Can get A + B to make a call to get players used to calls.
