4 In a group set up as above. 2 on ends - 2 In middle. Middle 2 working for 30 secs at a time. Then Switch with outside two. Passing Progressions below.
* Player 1 Passes to Middle Player ( to his right ) Who opens up and passes to Player 2. At the same time Player 2 passes to middle player ( to his right ) who opens and passes to player 1. After Middle player passes. Checks and gets ball from player 1 again - 30 secs and Switch.
* Same as above but opposite way. 30 sec & Switch
* Do the same with Volleys ( Instep & Laces ) / Half Volleys & Headers. 30 on 30 off.
