The progression is for player A to continue their run in the centre after passing to player E to recieve the ball back and play up to player D, who, as before plays it out to the wide player. Also the agility equipment is moved aside and replaced with high intensity runs.

Drill 1.0 (10 mins)
Using half or a third of the final pitch players pass the ball in sequence to end with a finish on goal and go on to perfrom mobility exercises at the side.
Player A plays a 1-2 with player B and passes on to player E. E then plays up to the player D and continue their run forward. Player D passes across to player C who then plys the ball forward in behind the defender (mannequinn) for player E to shoot at goal. After shooting at goal they then run on through the slalom poles and then through: 1. Speed ladder (2-feet) + agility hoops (side lunges) 2. Hurdles (1-footed) + sticks (strides). On completion the then start at Player A.

Coaching points:
- Strength of pass (short/medium).
- Movement (timing of runs/checking runs).
- Intensity (working 80-85% MHR)
