- Two balls removed so only one ball remains
- Each team tries to complete 5 passes to score a point
- When the first pass by the team in possession is made, one player from each of the opposing teams will enter their area and attempt to win the ball. The player who wins the ball first wins the ball for his team, who then aim to complete 5 passes of their own within the area.
- When a new team receives the ball, one player from each of the opposing team will enter their area and attempt to win the ball.

Team who scores the most goals wins.
- team in possession focus on movement and collecting the ball neatly.
- when winning the ball a team must look to exploit the additional player with a fast attack.
- when losing the ball a team must be aware that they will be immediately outnumbered so be aware even when attacking that they will be expected to take up appropriate defensive positions on transition.
