The team who are ready and in positions first start with the ball. The aim of the game is to successfully pass through the middle third and the attacking third. Once you have successfully completed a pass through the third you can then go and join the players in that third and create an overload for your team. To progress this you can change it so you can only use longer passes. This therefore gives a more direct approach for the team with the ball.
