Killer
Have children stand in a line behind a cone in front of netball post.
The first two children will have a netball each.
First person tries to take a shot; if successful then they join the back of the queue.
If unsuccessful, they must run to opposite wall and cross back over the safety line of cones.
If the person behind them is able to score a shot, then that person running will perform 10 star jumps.
Assistant Coaches will act as feeders for balls that don't enter the net.

- Flick wrists when releasing.
Progressions / Adaptations
Progression:

Organizational / Instructions
Three Way Passing w/ Shooting
Cones will be varied along the hall.
Children are split into lines which are labelled with numbers.
Players pass across the way when they have reached their respective cone.
E.g., When Player 2 reaches the first cone, Player 2 will pass them the ball.
When they reach the top, Player 2 will run into semi-circle and take a shot.
After, that group jogs down and join the back of their queue.
After two goes, teams will move up one so everyone gets a turn of shooting.
Coaching Points
- Make sure feet are shoulder distance apart.
- Ball is resting on base of spread fingers and thumb.
- Feet and hips are turned towards the post.
Progressions / Adaptations
Progression:
- Introduce passing ahead.
- Decrease distance between cones.
