Objective:
Seance de reprise - prise de balle + Mouvement.
Getting comfortable with the ball and a different variety of mouvements that can be seen in a match.

Objective - lateral movement with a low dive - focus on the first 2-3 steps, staying low and moving laterally.
Variation - both sides.
Goalkeeper must knock off the tennis ball on the cone.

Ball starts with the goalkeeper who distributes it to one of the three servers. Server can short or pass the ball. Server that shoots the ball than has to start with the new ball and either pass or shoot.
Objective - focus on movement of goalkeeper, intergrate competition, and shotstopping.

Warm Up - footwork
Players must pass the ball to eachother. Each pass they must change their positions and players must pass in the right zone.
Can also move to hand doing a rebound.

Lateral Shuffle - each time ball has to be touching a cone. Must use side shuffle.

Échauffement :
Volée avec déplacement horizontal – Insister sur de petits pas explosifs et une prise de balle propre. 7 de chaque côté.
Récupérer une balle de tennis sur le côté puis enchaîner avec une volée latérale. 7 de chaque côté.
2a) Déplacer la balle de tennis d’un cône à l’autre puis recevoir une volée.
2b) Déplacer la balle de tennis d’un côté à l’autre en terminant par une plongeon bas.
Points d’attention :
Concentration sur les déplacements quand les joueurs sont proches du but. Les mains doivent être avancées et prêtes pour l’arrêt à tout moment – pas de pas croisés pour l’instant.
** Focus on movement when players are closed to goal. Hands forward and ready for the shot at any time - not cross step for now.
